Braised in high quality soy sauce, our braised duck follows our traditional Teochew recipe. The end result is a duck with extremely robust flavours, with meat so tender that it falls off the bone.

Available in whole or half portions.

Chilli and Braised Duck Sauce will be provided.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Our roasts are prepared fresh daily (no overnight stock), but they need to cool down before delivery. The crispness of the skins will be affected by condensation if packed immediately.

Hence, your order will not be piping hot when delivered. Rest assured that your order is
