There’s no better way to enjoy barbecued pork than char siew. Traditionally cooked over a fire on long skewers, we season strips of Brazillian boneless pork collar before coating them in honey to bring out the caramelised crust we all love. Our signature seasoning guarantees a beautifully lacquered finish, leaving you longing for more.

Available in 250g/500g/1kg portions. Chilli and Char Siew sauce will be provided.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Our roasts are prepared fresh daily (no overnight stock), but they need to cool down before delivery. The crispness of the skins will be affected by condensation if packed immediately.
