烧鸭 - Roasted Duck (Half/Whole)

Slow roasted in our ovens, our roast ducks have wonderfully crisp skin, yet flavourful, tender meat. The former is achieved by hanging the ducks up for their skins to dry and tighten. In the meantime, the ducks are stuffed with a secret blend of spices and seasoning that preserve the natural flavours of the duck. Unlike other roast ducks, most of the fat is rendered during roasting.

Available in whole or half portions.

Chilli and Roast Duck Sauce will be provided.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Our roasts are prepared fresh daily (no overnight stock), but they need to cool down before delivery. The crispness of the skins will be affected by condensation if packed immediately.

Hence, your order will not be piping hot when delivered. Rest assured that your order is

100% fresh

and is

best enjoyed at room temperature

. Re-heating in an oven/microwave is also possible.
