Our roast pork is a homage to tradition; we've kept the recipe unchanged. Premium slabs of Holland pork belly are coated with our signature rub, before being roasted in our ovens at extremely high temperatures. The end result is melt-in-your-mouth goodness with crackling crisp skin. Guaranteed a mouthwatering experience.

Our roasts are prepared fresh daily (no overnight stock), but they need to cool down before delivery. The crispness of the skins will be affected by condensation if packed immediately.
