Roasted Suckling Pig

Our Roasted Suckling Pigs (5-6kg before roasting) are hand-roasted on spits individually in order to bring out the extreme crispness of the skin. This method of roasting also ensures that the layer of meat underneath is generous and remains juicy. Perfect for special occasions — or even the weekly family gathering. Order it unchopped for maximum crispness! (able to cut with scissors)

Alternative delivery timings are available upon request to accommodate your plans (e.g. wedding/prayers)

It is advisable to order un-chopped as the crispness of the pig will be maintained for longer. Do note that forelegs are only included upon request.
