Whole Roasted Pig 烧猪 (S/M/L)

The Guo Da Li (过大礼) Ceremony, or betrothal ceremony, is an important and traditional Chinese custom that signifies the formal meeting between the two families, and marks a formal proposal of union by the groom.

In such ceremonies, a multitude of gifts are often prepared and exchanged between families to express sincerity and importance. A big roasted pig is often the highlight of the gifts, and is chopped in a certain manner after the ceremony for the bride's family to take home and consume.

Our pigs are roasted at extremely high temperatures to achieve the level of crispness on their skins, and are only prepared to order. These pigs are often used for weddings and prayers, and is a great complement on your offering table. Please note that no chopping service will be provided for this item.
